Team Build and Design Build

Bradley-Barnes has become an industry leader in the Wilmington area for their team-build and design-build capabilities. Each management team is involved in the project during all stages of construction. Initially, an estimating team and project manager assist the client and architect during the design phase. They provide budgeting, construction method and technique evaluations, material evaluations, and consulting with the other team build members. They also determine the final estimate of the project cost.

After the estimate is completed, the project manager oversees, organizes, and coordinates the project and the project team. This ensures that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and with the high quality of the workmanship required by the contract documents. The project manager functions as Bradley-Barnes' front line representative of the owner-architect-builder team.
