About our Bid Process

Bid invitations are sent out by facsimile several weeks prior to needing pricing describing the project, bid date and time, and locations of plans and specifications. Subcontractors and suppliers are responsible for reviewing the general and supplementary conditions and any related sections to the work they are preparing a price for. It is imperative that you respond to our bid invitation ASAP to ensure you will receive Addenda notices and other project related information.
