Maus Warrick, Mathews
- Description: A new office building, wood frame, brick veneer, with some structural steel supports within the framing. The building is approximately 5,500 square feet with a large atrium area and high ceilings. The exterior also contains pre-cast concrete shapes. This was a team-build project.

- Description: A new office facility for these structural engineers of structural steel and wood-frame with split face block and brick veneer. The facility is approximately 5226 square feet of mid-scale office space, two story with sky lights, large reception area, and kitchenette

Red Apple Professional Park
- Description: A 3 story structural steel and concrete structure with brick veneer for new Class A office space. The original contract was for completion of site work, shell, common areas and third story only. This project was performed using a team-build approach. The contract amount came in under the client’s proposed budget.

Shallotte Commons
- Description: This project was an exterior facelift for a 100,000 square foot strip center. The scope of work included decorative towers, new standing seam metal roof, a covered front walk way, new stucco exterior finish, new entries at each of the tenant spaces, new sidewalks, curb and gutters at owner-built additions.

State Port Pilot Office
- Description: This project is a 6,768 square foot two-story Class A office building for the State Port Pilot newspaper. The structure is wood frame and structural steel with brick veneer. Specialty stair railings, a large skylight and the use of wood give the interiors a warm, professional look.
