The original contract was for completion of site work, shell, common areas and third story only. This project was performed using a team-build approach. The contract amount came in under the client’s proposed budget.

- Description: This project was an exterior facelift for a 100,000 square foot strip center. The scope of work included decorative towers, new standing seam metal roof, a covered front walk way, new stucco exterior finish, new entries at each of the tenant spaces, new sidewalks, curb and gutters at owner-built additions.
