  • Description: The reconstruction of an historic building at the Belamy Mansion in downtown Wilmington.  The new structure houses office and training facilities for the complex.  The exterior is a replica of the historic carriage house which was torn down.

  • Description: A 5,856 square foot historic rehabilitation of a railroad depot.  This work includes revamping the roof and making structural repairs, removal of existing heart pine planks then reshaping and refinishing them, rehabilitating existing windows and doors.  The plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems will be updated.  The new space will be used as a civic center and meeting hall. This project received the 2006 Gertrude S. Carraway Award of Merit.
