- Description: A new 4,737 square foot medical office with wood frame, brick veneer and oyster shell stucco exterior. The original design concept came in over budget and Bradley-Barnes performed value engineering to obtain the necessary budget.

Cape Fear Hospital
- Description: This project consists of the renovation and addition of new fire suppression system. In addition to this renovation, the mechanical and electrical systems were brought up to current standards and building codes. Bradley-Barnes chose to phase the 90,500 square foot project to accommodate the owner and patients, and to minimize the impact of construction on the daily activities of the hospital. The original project was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule with a continued increase in scope to renovation of patient rooms, surgery suites, the OR, and corridors on a negotiated basis.

Additions included three new operating rooms with support facilities and a sixteen bed recovery area, new administration offices and storage areas.
