Description: A wood frame addition to an existing facility with split face and stucco veneers. Special attention had to be taken to ensure safety of children which still occupied the adjacent space.

Description: This project consists of remodeling a three-story, 40,000 square foot existing assisted living building to accommodate a new preschool, church education rooms and inter-faith hospitality rooms. The construction materials consist of metal framing, wood trusses, brick veneer and plaster. New parking facilities were also part of this contract.

Description: Construction of a new kindergarten classroom building consisting of 5,813 square feet along with a 5,000 square foot canopied sidewalk plaza. Structure is structural steel and metal framing with brick veneer and a new kitchen area. Multi-purpose building is a 17,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with brick and precast façade. Performed master sitework development to facilitate current and future campus requirements. This project was a team-build effort.
