- Description: A new 2,915 square foot single story branch bank office with wood frame, brick veneer, and split face block. Value engineering was performed to obtain owner’s desired cost.

Barbee Library
- Description: A 1,200 square foot addition to an existing library facility while the building remains open to the public. The structure is wood frame with brick and hard coat stucco veneers. New handicap accessibility was also provided.

Children's Museum

- Description: This project was a Team/Build renovation of 13,277 square feet and a 2,500 square foot addition to an historic existing structure in downtown Wilmington. Bradley-Barnes has a special interest in this project as they provided renovation services for the original building occupied by the client and for other various projects by the client.

Legion Sports Complex

- Description: This project consisted of structural and site renovations to an existing stadium. The scope included demolishing the entire structure with exception of the concrete main frame and rebuilding new restrooms, concessions, ticket booths, bleachers, and support offices.

- Description: A new 24,452 square foot state of the art contemporary building shell which includes retail, restaurant, and office space. The structure consists of structural steel main frame with metal stud infill with hard coat stucco and metal siding veneers. Project is a Team/Build project with Bradley-Barnes providing site and civil design, structural, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical design.

Rourk Woods Villas Club House

- Description: Low country style brick structure of approx. 3,700 square feet,with a separate Olympic sized enclosed pool. This facility is a focal point of Rourk Woods subdivision. All site work and infrastructure were also included under the contract.

The George

- Description: This project consisted of erecting a two story structure built directly on the Cape Fear River on steel and wood piles. The building is a new 4,063 square foot restaurant built to replicate an historic building in downtown Wilmington. The structure consists of a structural steel frame with a concrete slab on deck, wood framing of walls, and roof systems with brick veneer.
