Scott Bradley

With more than 32 years of construction management experience, Scott Bradley is a seasoned professional with proven experience in managing and administering major construction projects. His professional history, which in addition to project management, includes engineering supervision, material and equipment procurement, estimating, scheduling and a Bachelor of  Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech.  This gives him a broad base of experience which helps make him a highly competent and effective construction manager.  He became president of Bradley-Barnes Construction Company in August of 1994.  The company has achieved 4,000 percent growth under his leadership.  The company was recognized in the Year 2000 for Construction Small Business of the Year and was awarded the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Best Contractor of the Year.

Tim Barnes

Tim Barnes has more than 10 years of project management experience along with 10 years field management and 6 years of previous hands on experience.  He is a veteran project manager with the knowledge and management skills to control large and demanding construction projects, including quantity take off and estimating, material procurement, project scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.  His duties now include project management, project scheduling, marketing, and architect/client interaction.
